Gluten Free

  • Sharebar

I warned you in my last post, I’m a big of a gadget geek and just aquired a new one for Valentine’s Day: a flip video.  To be honest, it’s a gift for my honeyman.  To be doubly honest: I know I’ll get more use out of it than he will :-)   Here’s my first attempt at my own video.  Enjoy the laugh!  And while you’re at it, learn how to make some gluten pancakes too.

Flip Pancakes

1 1/4 cup gluten free pancake mix
3/4 cup milk
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon oil

Heat electric skillet to 375F.  Mix ingredients together until blended.  I like to use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to measure out my batter.  I find it’s the right size for my tastes.  Cook until golden brown on each side.  Serve with your favorite pancake fixings.
